Firstly, he overtook the chase which is very clear. The timestamp at 3:41:00, well, although it was fairly light, was there a point in it. I still feel it should have an apology.

Okay, he dangerously passed the chase. Due to his URS, I've given him 5 days. In regards to the final timestamp, I think that is quite insignificant, though he should have apologised. Though, I won't be taking action in regards to that this time.
