You cant have certain tints here, my car is illegal because of the catback exhaust and headers.

But where im at, my car doesnt get emission or inspected because they tried to save money and take out all the OBD1 testers with dyno rollers. So they just plug in the obd2 port and ur done. Which means 96+ only gets emission.
