I was just thinking about the comments saying thank god for constitution and the SUV driver should have shot everyone.. Could the biker have shot the SUV driver when he bumped in to him because he feared for his life? Obviously bike is always the weaker when it comes to bike vs car so shouldn't he be allowed to use gun to protect himself from angry SUV?
