Howlin have you been lazy when it comes to using installers and taking the automatic download route instead of the manual when installing a program?
Make sure when you install programs you take the manual download option so then you can un-tick any third party software's that download random crap to cause issues like this |

At least I'd remove ALL the extensions and only install the one's you need from the official store.

Being the ruthless tech person I am, my first instinct would be to hit the windows key, type "add or remove programs" hit enter when it appears and basically start removing every program I don't recognize, tbh it's very unlikely a program there you don't recognize is needed as for it to show up on that list it's seperate to windows..
After that I'd do exactly the same with browser extensions.. get rid of anything I don't recognize.. |

already did that, there were a few programs i didn't recognize so they could have been a cause =]
