He stops in the middle of the road and does a roadblock, even though he can see me coming. No apologizes or anything. After I escape the chase, he came and send me a PM and said that it was 100% my fault. I don't think it was my fault, but I am not sure. If it was my fault, I'm sorry.

I was makeing a left turn. I saw a "SIREN" on the screen. I stopped and I see police from right. But I don't noticed the wrong side driving a suspect. I think the fault was Tiben in every way. But if it was my fault, I'm sorry

You clearly saw me, you were going to do a roadblock for me, but you weren't there in time. And why didn't you stop before turning? I can't see your logic here.

As I said I was trying to turn in left. I saw a "SIREN" on my screen. I stopped when I saw the police. Attention was drawn to the police. You drive to wrong side I did not notice you.

I conclude that the move was a roadblock, as he was doing it before. The one you've reported was done quite late but acceptable, you had the time to avoid it by slowing down or taking the southpark's road. Am I right that move was a roadblock Ossi ?

I think it was not a roadblock. I "moved" sirens. But when i stopped i made roadblock. So,im making a left turn, but at same time I did a roadblock.

- In the case of a roadblock, check my first answer.
- If you were just about to turn on the left, then it's not smart to stop on the middle of the road like you did there, there is a white line to make a stop before passing the junction. I also find no point to drive on the wrong side Tibe, this crash could have been avoided if you were on the right side of the road.
