Insider pulls me over due to my speed but gives me the wrong fine I try to communicate with him but there seems to be no responce at all. I tried for serveral minutes to talk to him but no responce. I think that someone that doesnt speak isn't possible to drive around as a cop as they sometimes accure talking situations.

I spotted another user, which was not involved in this incident, brake-checking the cop as the cop was trying to drive away. He will receive a warning for it.

Vdi102 has received a warning.
