This is clearly not fair.

You couldn't expect that you were getting chased when you were about to pit/spec in a safe zone, all of this in a second.

I will take the 390€ from Dino and will refund it you to you since :

- You didn't run from the police,
- No one knows if you could escape or not,
- He shouldn't keep the speeding fine since he didn't do anything for it or anything fair for it. (i.e. a traffic stop)
