Reason: ramming and harrasing me.

Timestamps:

10.36 - he attempts to ram me, but fails(look at his steering input)
11.02 - he comes flying past me, in another attempt to hit me, which he does aswell as hitting SWEBlobbin
11.07 - I inniate a pursuit on him to fine him for causing a high speed collision on purpose(as he hits me and SWEBlobbin)
11.21 - at this point forward the abuse begins to come from him
