+ Report - V-EGETA (Report Archived by Luke)
Your LFS username: liv4eva
Their LFS username(s): V-EGETA Their in-game nickname(s): ¢~“VEGETA”¢¡ Main reason(s): Too much force (ramming) in a chase. Replay and/or screenshot link: http://www.myupload.dk/showfile/c4ca423rivx.mpr Replay timestamps: 27:31 Description of incident (inc date & time): I've blocked Vegeta from getting into the roundabout; one reason is to stop him from causing a collision with the other drivers on the roundabout, and another is to box him in with the COPs behind him. You can see in the second box attempt Vegeta gets a run-up on me and hits me quite hard to get through, not too bad. Not until I begin to roll onto my roof and subsequently lose the chase. You can see that Vegeta is fully down on the throttle throughout this incident without even coming off and gently trying to push me out the way. This could be because he knows he's in an RB4 and knows he can do what he likes in a heavy car like that. This is certainly not the case and he has used far too much force deliberately and without even a simple sorry. Thanks. |

RE: Report - V-EGETA
This is a bit of a sticky situation. From first glance it looks like he did use too much force but after reviewing the replay in depth it was a combination of him trying to get past you from stationary by using full acceleration and the two cops behind him pushing him. The cops behind hit him which caused a bit of lag which in return rebounded into you causing you to flip.
This looks really unfortunate and really it wasn't intentional or hard to tell whether it was or not but he used the necessary force to get out but the lag escalated the situation. In fairness it would of been respectful to flip you back on all fours after something like that but his intentions were clearly to get away. Due to the circumstances I will treat it as a Minor Incident and he will receive a warning to take a little more care when trying to escape from a box maneuver. As you are probably aware yourself Connor, just be cautious about chasing suspects with a high latency. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives. |
