Description of incident (inc date & time): I overtake him at 15:38 and he doesn't slow down at all for the chase and hit me at the roundabout at 15:45 and doesn't say sorry or anything for the crash i asked him wth was tht before and no reply he just kept on driving so i let it go for abit before saving the replay but still no reply from him so i had no choose to make his report

@15:38 The user was at full brakes, due to his crappy setup it took him forever to slow down.

@15:45 Same situation here. The user left plenty of room but the setup again didn't slow down in time.

I will issue the user with an in-game confirmable warning for: Failing to apologise after than accident & reminding him to use a decent setup that has brakes.
