Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (21.08). He crashed me about 10:15 (UK time). Like you can see in replay he wasn't even slowing down or trying to avoid crash. Just hitted me and then horned like it was my fault. Later, when I was trying to talk with him (not in this replay), he told I'm lying. By the way I'm adding some timestamps of breaking rules from this replay which he made.
