Description of incident (inc date & time): Even tho, the lights was green, he kept waiting, when he found out the suspect is near he just moved slowly knowing that he have the right of way, to try to block the way,even tho the lights turned yellow, because there was a road works, disregarding sirens , even if that was an attempt to a roadblock that wasn't legit, but in the next time stamps, which was a seconds later, that confirmed that he was doing it on purpose and showed clearly his intentions.

6:54 - There was no heavy force, I slightly drove against him to make him stuck and to avoid that he can escape I full throttled throwing him over.

8:24 I wanted to u-turn anyway. If you would clearly look you would see I decided to u-turn even before I could know where he goes. He got pitted at the same moment and it wasn't even clear where he goes (exactly at 8:24 he normally would go straight, just at 8:25 I could have seen he comes back. At 8:21 already I u-turned. So get your facts straight

This is not illegal. It was also not "heavy force".

Both times, Dino had a green light. Although Dino has a history of provoking, I can not assume this was his intentions this time as there is not enough evidence. I do not believe the timing with the U turn was intentional.

If it was his intentions, I strongly suggest he does not repeat this behavior.
