Description of incident (inc date & time): 27/09/16 around 4:30pm (UTC-05:00-Eastern time)
24:03- This is where it all starts, he starts to slow to turn right, I am clearly in his field of view, clearly have the right of way and he had more then enough time to stop. He pulls out in front of me making it impossible for me to avoid him. I hit him which results in an accident that affects 4 people in total.
25:00- at this point he has apologized to no one affected so I ask him if he knows it was his fault, he ignores me and disconnects.
26:00- at this point he has reconnected I ask him if he is going to say sorry for that crash, he continues to ignore me.
