Description of incident (inc date & time): 28/11/16 4;45pm AWST Toivo going too fast for a corner and going the wrong way past me and could've collected me easily if I had been closer. He did not say sorry. He then proceeded to tell me to kill myself once I told him he was going to be reported.

The user Toivo. M by no means has to apologize for the incident, as he did not make contact with you whatsoever, and although his driving was a bit uncontrolled, it had no major affect on you overall. It could have been a respectful thing to do, however it was not really necessary.

I would also like to note, it's best to discuss things with users instead of directly jumping to "you're reported" or whatever other variation, as the threatening of reports usually just provokes users and causes a negative outcome for everyone.

Toivo. M is not clear of wrongdoing however and will face a ban for his fairly serious breach of Rule 1.1.
