Description of incident (inc date & time): I was trying to get his attention for a chase, which ended up making me follow him. After about 45secs- 1 min he just puts his foot down and goes 100 km/h above speed limit.

4.10.1. Cops may break the road-laws if safe to do so, but not excessively or recklessly, providing no other players are endangered. Rule 4.1 still applies

I think since he was on paddock tunnel way, and an FZ5 can get to 220 km/h average top speed. he was going 20 km/h under that. I honestly see that 200 Km/h is excessive.

User has received a confirmable in-game warning for speeding excessively as a COP. There was no reason to speed like that as the suspect he might have went after was very far away.
