Description of incident (inc date & time): i was in chase and i made uturn then i drive for few bits and i find him driving ww even he turn into my face and caused heavy head to head crash , he even had long way to get back to his line and not ww or slow down to the max and not ram head to head, my car was heavily damged , rules are so clear when it said keep eye on map and not to WW only if it's needed and not to damge suspect car heavily , after my car was heavily damged , i had no chance to run so i asked him if i could pitstop , he didn't replay and start to call for backup , then later he said no so i stopped because no chance to run with car that got damged that heavily , then he find me 940 and that is very high fine( it may be max and that unfair) , is this fair ? to ram people and then just say sorry and then fine them to the max like nothing happend ?(i even had big chance to run but as you see this happend) . I was looking at my map and when I saw your arrow on map turn round, I thought that you had span out of the grass, I went WW to try and block you off incase you uturned (hence why I slowed right down) however, you already did U-turn and by the time I realised this I was only a second away from hitting you. I tried to turn left onto grass when I saw you but there was no time to do so. I said sorry when this happened as it was purely accidental, I don't have to ram my suspects to bust them.

The reason I high fined you was the amount of dangerous driving you did during the chase. I would have been more than happy to send you some money for it if you had sorted it nicely and politely but all I got was a 'wtf'. I cant apologise for this anymore than I already have, this could have been sorted in-game, but you decide to take it to the forum.

Try talking to people next time if you're unhappy with a situation, situations can be solved without having to get TC team involved. A few words in-game doesn't hurt.

An apology is great (albeit a bind with no follow-up post chase), but considering you caused the accident it would probably have been a good idea to not high fine...?

I agree this could / should have been solved on the server, but the sole person to blame certainly isn't MSTKN.

Hello , FIrst of all it wasn't me who said WTF ( http://prnt.sc/ezp3sx) , , secondly you said it was one second well i don't think it was and i don't believe that u block ur suspect way while driving 120 km/h , when u cause heavy crash that send me flying hitting stuff and then start to spam backup u seem all u cared about is to catsh me , i'm not sad because of the moeney i don't care about the money , i just don't like to be rammed and then just easily say sorry like nothing happend , after the chase u didn't evren replay to me when i asked you i'm stop ,? my english not that perfect and u didn't show anything that u seem wanted to aruge about what happend u just drive off like nothing happend, most cops usaelly when this happend they refund most of the chase money or let the suspect and themself pitstop and not spam backup and giving high fine.

You need to understand stuff like this happens all the time on TC. Believe what you want MSTKN, I know it was not an intentional ram but whatever. Cops hit me all time in a chase and sometimes I end up OOB? But you don't see me making reports on them because I know its a game and accidents are bound to happen, even when I am high fined, I let it go because what do I gain from creating a scene? some pretend money on an internet game? Look bottom line is, I have apologised, albeit a bind like brad said, however I'll apologise again now as this really seems to grind your gears MSTKN, I apologise for hitting you wrongside and causing damage to your car, if you still want to carry on with your report that's upto you. But i'm not replying to this anymore because I've said what I needed to say and I think its pointless now.

As a sign of courtesy I personally would have refunded some of the fine, and certainly not high-fined.

It may not have been an intentional ram, but it did cause the chase to end, anyhow.

However, in the grand scheme of things I don't think much is gained from proceeding any further with this.
