Discord Rules

Hello,

Today, we have implemented official rules for our public Discord server. Whilst these rules are largely common sense, we thought it was important to properly lay out what we expect from users.

The rules are accessible by clicking on the "Rules" button at the top of the forum, and also by clicking the "#rules" channel on Discord itself.
