I wasn't have enough time

But you had enough time to play on servers, especially first few days after incident occured (~5h per day).
I don't see any serious reason why you were waiting that much before submitng report.
Skin used by this player on replay has been already deleted from lfs.net, so I'm not even able to check what skin was it.

In future please write reports a bit quicker, it will be much easier to deal with them and there will be much higher chance to be action taken.
