Reason :
This user rammed into me and an other user who was towing me.
Then blames me for he's bust, hits me without any reason and drives off.

Times :
1:37:35 Entering pits
137:40 Guy is still towing, the reported user decides to hit him without an apologize.
1:38:18 blames me for the bust
1:38:23 turns and hits me, drives off.

No sorry at all.

Right, first off im just going to say this...

If this was a first offense from Tim, i would have just let it off with a warning, because it wasnt a full on ram (even though it was quite obviously intentional), but i would have given a stern warning. But alot of previous history from his URS states that he has been involved in alot of ramming incidents.

For the above reasons, i will be banning this user for 5 days.
