Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
I was cruising a little above normal driving speed. Two people block the road by stopping for a long time, closing a lane of the road and speaking at local (I think).It might have been more appropriate for them to speak by going to the Safe Zone or parking areas.
Although I crashed, I apologized, but he asked me for pay, and when im did not, he reported me.
I thought it was a joke (i said "just report hehe"), but when I check URS, I saw him reporting.


- 25:28 That they stay on the Road and talking.

- 26:23 The occurrence of the accident, payment request, abusing report system.

Hi,

You kind of dug yourself a hole there.. however I'm going to issue him a warning for threatening reports for money as that is not welcome in the server. Accidents happen, but don't then just go on to say "just report hehe" otherwise you are just asking for trouble.
