Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): He rammed multiple persons a lot, i tried talking to him but he did not care.
1:33:43 Rams ZZTV[COP]
1:36:00 Rams a person over wall
1:36:40 Snow plows me to wall without any reason
1:37:20 After chase rams me full throttle. Tried talking to him, no response.
His skin problem was taken of by ice. Despite of that, i still decided to proceed with report about ramming.
