- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I told him to get out of the chase because he was going the wrong way on the highway. He didn't. He gave me the maximum penalty for a chase that lasted 16 minutes. Even though I didn't hit anyone, I didn't do a WW, I didn't hit him.

You were nearly losing him, you should have kept going instead of stopping and begging him to leave the chase. The refund will be denied as the failure to stop for police followed by a lengthy chase is valid. I'm not going to dive into the specifics of why he might have selected a high fine but some reasons could be wrong-way, crashing, near misses etc which I did see a couple of those in the parts that I watched.

As for the wrong-way he did, I'm baffled why he chose to go wrong-way there when he had a perfectly safe route into the safe-zone (the same place you went).

The rule for COPs is:-

Quote:10.0.1.f 1 Cops in chase may drive on the wrong side of the Autobahn for short distances if no alternative route is available without losing the chase, provided it is safe to do so.

The track was empty and he didn't gain any advantage. In fact, your u-turn in the safezone gave you an advantage as he was still on the Autobahn ramp.

But, he absolutely should have went into the safe zone area so I will give him a reminder about this.
