He was caught using a speedhack before on an other server, and hes definitive not lagging. His acceleration is way too fast.

Yep, confirmed myself he was hacking, went from about 100 to 200km/h in just a few seconds on main street in an xrt. That's not possible. As well as the other traits of speedhacks showing throughout the period he was online.
