I was chasing Red John when a user decides to wrong-side and deliberately aims for my car. He then tries to blame me for the incident saying "You hit into my side" which is false as seen in the replay. He didn't apologize for the incident at any point even when I asked him several times. He replies "Don't cry"

Okay i watched that scene a couple of times and also the behaviour of the user before the incident to get an idea what he was trying to accomplish here.

He seemed to think you were on his side and obviously found it acceptable to ruin your chase since you were on his side. His steering input once he saw you coming close to the lane dividing line made this very obvious. Intention simply being to ruin your experience, since prior to this incident he also tried to run people that overtook him off the road.

That and also his short but remarkable server history will result in a remarkable ban. Good report .
