I was in a pursuit of a suspect, we're coming from Devil's Corner in the direction of The Bridge, Vlad was driving on the wrong side while he should have the sirens on his screen, and crashed to my suspect's car.
From my point of view, Vlad broke rules 1.3, 1.5, 1.15.
