-At 37:20.00 starts all , he slow down and i come behind him
-At 37:22.00 i overtake him for get in the lane for go right -->.But he cut this little corner and push me to the barrier and start chasing me.He say me that im drifting and going ww , and fine me 100e for dangerous driving.

Well, slight objection from my side, since you didn't listen to me on the server:

The action starts at 36:32:00.

You are following a cop in chase. At 36:49:00 you are already wrong siding with me incoming (see screenshot).





You lose control and you crash at 36:53:00. Then you decide to follow me. I've seen that in my mirror. At 37:16:00 you start braking at 200kph, my speed at this moment is 110kph (see screenshot).





You then decide to overtake me on the right, hitting the barrier first (not me you). I did not see you in my mirror to be honest (see screenshot). You then stop and stand still constantly on your horn.



From my perspective, you were provoking a chase which you got. I agree that I misfined you regarding your drifting, which is minor in this case as from my perspective you were coming straight towards me and it looked like you were drifting.

I am sorry if you feel that I rammed you on purpose (which I didn't intend to). However, I do not agree to this report neither to refund you as in this case "Failure to keep right" (high) fine would apply which would be 100,- € as well.

The fine he gave you for "Dangerous driving" covered the fact you tried to overtake in a ridiculous place where there was not enough space or time to get past him properly.
The reason he gave you was wrong however the fine itself was perfectly justified.

Obviously, mistakes happen and in this case the fine was justified anyway due to his overtaking at the junction however please try your best not to fine anybody for the wrong thing in the future, it can get a little frustrating for both parties.
