Description of incident (inc date & time): Alb decides it will be a good idea to U-turn into clearly on coming traffic, then turn around and blame me for it.

He told me he had right of way because he was in a call when the rules clearly state:
"When responding to a SOS-call, you may violate the road laws, but not recklessly or endanger other players by doing so. You also have no right of way. Other players are not obliged to let you pass. Furthermore, cops cannot fine you during this time."
