Description of incident (Saturday 29 Apr 2017, 4:25 AM Riyadh, Saudi Arabia):
didn't move for siren and ramming and he didn't stop following us, i said move and use !move command but he didn't, 1:30 rammed me & suspect, following and try to hitting the suspect, 2:50 tried that again, 3:02 rammed suspect.

Alright, after reviewing the replay, it's pretty clear to see that this user has no clue how things work on our servers. TomasAgnes was clearly doing his best to get in the way of your chase and for this, he will receive a confirmable warning.

As for the ramming, he has received a confirmable warning prior to me dealing with this report, and is yet to confirm it.
