Start : 08.20 (First second to replay) : No respect speed limit (120 in autobahn) here 120-150.
Just after turn, second time in 70kph zone : Driving 100 Kph and don't respect a distance with driver in front of him

Always in same lap : driving 120-140 in 90kph zone, and don't chasing Trueno*K3mal.. (or don't have any signals and sirens..(idk here)
Maybe friend or not, i don't know, but is not a reason..

After that, driving 120-150 in autobahn..
This all in same lap, incredible..

1.43 : Ramming or crash
2.07 : ramming, ramming, ramming.
No other word (or maybe in chase but same say before, no sirens and signals.)
2.20 : WW
2.57 : Ok maybe chase end.. But why don't use any signals?
3.33 : 100kph+ in 80 zone
4.43 : Intentional Ramming [COP] Tyler
5.12 : 100kph+
7.20 : 100kph+ in 90 zone
8.05 : Overtake and speeding. Normally..
8.25 : Speeding, speeding, speeding...
9.50 : One word? Speeding.

I jump replay in 22.45
U can see i'm driving cool with XFG in 45%
(22.49 : Cop driving 100kph in 70 zone lololololol)

Its the first time i'm on 100 kph. Its just a mistake from me.
In basic situation i accept my fine.
BUT, i see him who comes behind me with "hard speeding" before chase me and i don't understand why.
I stop my car, and ask him whats a problem?
No word, No hi, No explain.
Just a Fine...

Seriously, i stop here, because i'm tired by, (sorry for that), stupid cop who think is a really god...
If u want check the replay, u can, maybe a lots of more bad copping are present.

My ask for tonight and for this report is not a refund.
But i think its natural to remove they license for stopping that.
I can't report all bad driver who have no sense and apologize.
But i think its a good start for have peace in TC server and in road.

In end, its my first report, normally i report nobody because i'm really patient. But this time i'm really really tired by bad driver.
I report guy not for my personnal things, but for other driver too who can't report or scared.
Lots of driver don't have any good english for that. And me too ._.
I'm not a bad guy or other, i ever create a accident and mistake but error is human but not here.

I explain that all topic with only my word, because i don't have really good english in generally.
I think i create a good complet topic for that

I think Trueno*K3mal is his friend, but still he was indeed tailgating and speeding as a cop, which is not allowed. Also many other road laws were broken, which is forbidden to do as a cop if not in chase and Leroy wasn't in one.

He was punished for similar offences recently, but this will be noted.
