As you can see from the replay, he rammed me intentionally while i was in a chase. I tried to sort it out in chat, and he stated that it's his little brother playing and he rammed me. I think this isn't a proper cause, because (if it's true,) his brother plays under lllCHICHOlll's username and it's his responsibility to teach him the TC rules if his brother wants to play on there.

On this occasion, I've issued a confirmable warning. Partially because his URS is quite clean.

I've explained that interfering with a chase is not allowed, that ramming is not allowed, and that his account is his responsibility. User has also been advised that he will be banned if this happens again.
