Well i got pulled over by the cops from speeding. And as i was finishing up with him and reversing, Matje wrongsided and hit me. I started to drive off and a cop was in the was so i swerved to try and pass him but i hit a barrier. I tried to turn but my steering was locked up on the right side. So what i do i try to make my way to the pits but at the intersection i couldnt go straight so i hit the barrier and got stuck. This is where Matje started to ram me. He fully accelerated into me and he also reversed into me. AND I GOT KICKED FOR THIS. I DID NOT DO A SINGLE THING WRONG. I even have the replay as proof....

From what I saw, The accident that happened after you were done with the cop, he tried to evade you as he went full lock to the left and braked as soon as he saw you moving into his path. After you crashed into the barrier and limped around and worked your way to the junction, it looked as though Matje was trying to help you to move. As there wasn't enough evidence at the end when he starts 'ramming' you no action will be taken as it was a couple of low speed hits.
