Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
I did try talking to him, but I didn't get a single response back whenever I asked and he continued to drive as if nothing ever happened.

3:19.00 - Intentionally pushes me into the barries when I tried to pass him which you can clearly see if you look at his steering.
4:13.10 - Turns around and hits me again. This one i'm not sure how intentional it was, but since there were 5 other pit boxes available and barely any room left in mine makes it quite likely.
