~ 1:05:10.XX - Drives in the middle of the chase where we boxed the suspect. I chase him after but as seen on the replay, he's too laggy (over 0.3 ping) and I decided to post a report instead. He also disconnected right after the chase.

Since user is brand new too our servers (1h gametime) he most likely havent read the rules. Therefore I will only give him a warning and if I see him online myself I will recommend him to read the rules.
