Date of Incident: 2021.05.09
Time of Incident: 19:10:30

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): He starts abusing the ramp around 0:23:00. Sits there for a long time while many jump the ramp up to the point where around 0:50:00 its a huge mess in Highway 1. Changes location few times around 1:08:00.
Then at 1:22:20 he parks again with ramp up, i move in front to tell him that he cant do that and then [AJS]Misterviin (Misterviin) rams me in the rear causing me to go OOB and lose trip. Did say sorry but you can see how annoying it is when someone is abusing tow powers, not to mention that it is illegal to do it. Almost crashed into that mess few times while was chasing suspects.
