Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): timestamp 00:08:00:00. I coming down the hill go with 100 km/h into the rb, all good, a cop comes from the side, no crash, but he lose his controll and chase me after and give me fine for no reason, from my side was no caresless no dangerous. but if u search for a rule break than check how the cop drive how he lose his controll. if the cop is playing he should behave like that, he should pay the 100 € fine because he behaves like that.
Sorry BP but u wrong, check the replay and tell me please what i doing wrong.
And i want my money back !

Hello,

As explained on the server, the fine was totally legitimate. You will absolutely not be refunded.

I have reviewed the incident numerous times (from both perspectives) and came to the same conclusion every time.

DJmad was already on the roundabout. You approached the roundabout and did not yield to DJmad. There was almost a collision as a result. The fine was perfectly legitimate.

Side-note: His slight loss of control isn't a huge deal, just an accident on his part. I did talk to him privately about it and he'll be more careful.
