It was not a great place to pit, but it did not contravene the rules of force which specify "direct impact". The direct impact did not cause you any damage, it was just that he timed it so badly you ended impaling an armco barrier.

Best COP practices should avoid this. He cannot be punished specifically for this action, but I will issue a confirmable warning to him about his COP skin which does not comply with the rules & give a reminder to take more care with PITs.
