07:24:00 - Just watch from here. Ash3al is parked, and decides to drive out inbetween the chase, and from here he doesnt react to any "MOVE" or honking, or anything, he blocks on porpuse, because I try go around him at 7:31:00 but he blocks me off.

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: He just reacted with ?????????? after we all crashed and he caused 2 cops to lose the chase.

Hello,

I've taken a look at the replay, This user is not new to TC although only has 60ish hours, here is what I saw:

2:50 - Pulls out into traffic on main st.

6:50 - Pulls out of the garage/bus station, spins car causes traffic jam.

7:20 - Pulls out into middle of Chase, Blocks COP from passing, very deliberately which ultimately ends in a crash.
