User is wrong siding resulting in a crash, which sends him OOB. Then disconnects to avoid confrontation and obviously not apologizing.

The reported user is brand new to the server. But, he did ram a stationary cop twice fully intentionally moments before wrong siding you. Regarding his hit with you, he went on the wrong side (looked like he intended for it all to happen), hit you, went out of bounds and merely disconnected without saying a word. He was already dealt with before this incident by another admin. Despite the fact he is new, he will be banned for 12 hours to ensure he reads the rules, and I think this will benefit everyone.
