Sorry for the delay. He will receive a short ban for causing trouble and failing to follow the rules after being informed. He has a history of messing around so hopefully he will "see the light". Just a heads up, I realize you did not do this, but cops should not follow suspects through the garages, and definitely do not bust him inside an active garage. Thanks for the report, have fun!
