21/10/2013, I was cruising begin a cop, and this user superpower "[dF] KUB" was drifting all time in roundabout, also follow chases, and dont moves for police...

Jepp they were basicly ramming you, they might have thought since you didn't complain that you were fooling around with them. Still ramming although very minor.

All three of you however were drifting around the roundabout which is not permitted.

Similar to the report above, they were constantly at it. Can't find the spot where Nomuken warned them, but another user also told them that it is not allowed to drift around the roundabout. Despite that they kept going.

Messages sent by the insim won't show up in the replay, but we have the chatlog, which tells me you are telling the truth.

Despite the !move bind, even the sirens on his screen should be enough to make him move for you. He clearly had enough time to react and although you tried to pass him safely, he still made you crash.
