Rights are revoked and you are not eligible to be training. You have been trained a total of 5 times, 4 basic trainings (3 of which you have failed) and 1 advanced training. We only allow 3 basic trainings with exceptions. You have had plenty of chances and shouldn't be loosing your rights any more.

Feel free to re-apply however, if you do so it will be put under discussion within the training team management whether we allow you to take training again. For now your rights are permanently revoked unless the admin who revoked them said otherwise. The thread is also inactive.
