Which is the better controller?

I'm pretty sure the best is the wheel. You have a very wide axis, providing more precise steering than you would get with a mouse.

Joysticks aren't that amazing to drive with (see: what I was doing when my G27 steering pot died-5km without a crash)... interesting concept from Saab, though.
