1:29:26 - User has no respect for upcoming sirens and just continues speeding, despite being sent multiple !move binds. I went to undertake him but it caused a problem, as you can see.

Yes it's only one time stamp, but the amount of times I've had to send move binds to this user in other chases, as well as generally disrespecting chases, I have had enough. Also, every single time I have confronted him, he just ignores all the messages and doesn't respond. Surely someone with 28,000kms should know the rules by now.

The user received a ban just over a month ago for similar offences, disrespecting sirens by following and failing to move. Another ban will be issued but considerably longer.
