At the first time stamp the user sickopicko is stunting on the road, i braked ,my brakes locked and i hit him.
At the second time stamp he rammed me.
At the third time stamp,[COP]#Hostand force fined me for illigal parking without asking me to move first,i asked for a refund but he did not reply.

yldrim.beh received a confirmable ingame warning for incorrectly fining for illegal parking.
