Description of incident (inc date & time): I was trying to park next to VirtualTourist when we were massivly shot into difrend directions after blaiming Ààmy_B ‘ for it he didn't respond or do anything apart from parking on the middle of the road and start honking. After checking the replay it is clear that he hit us not on a highspeed but due to his highping making everything pretty messed up.

Hello,
To me it looks like he's just not bothered to look what's around him and has just caused an accident that bad from his lag.
I'm on the server now and he's lagging insanely bad, so it doesn't really suprise me.

This is however no excuse to not apologize, and as such I will issue him a confirmable warning for it.
