I don't normally waste my time, reporting someone. But this guy did not want me past him. I was following him, trying to overtake. At times i would speed up, and he would randomly brake. But this right here made me grind my teeth. In the video, around 6:56.71 you can see him cutting me off, as i was overtaking. I confronted him, but he accused me of ramming. I explained to him about what he did. No sorry or anything.

After reviewing the replay closely, it does look like he is provoking you by brake checking and intimidating your movements.

However, on most occasions he only brake checked when at a junction of some sort (where the cops are), and due to his speed, it would make sense why he slams on his brakes to avoid being chases.

You yourself didn't take the opportunities safely to be quite honest. You were speeding really close to him and choosing poor places to attempt an overtake, just be careful of this since it's such a tight track.

He has received a warning recently for provoking other drivers by brake checking. He will receive a final warning that it will not be tolerated to continue provoking other drivers. Failure to obey this will result in a ban
