I've just dealt with a report about him but didn't remember that this one existed as well.

I'll look into this and amend his punishment if necessary.

I will not take any (further) action regarding the sirens aspect of the report, since he's been banned for another interfering-with-a-chase incident, and the incident in this case wasn't too bad.

I'll give him a confirmable warning for the insulting.
