~ 1:48.XX - Continues wrongsiding, almost causes an accident after exiting roundabout still on the wrong way, and continues to speed down the highway. I tell him he should drive properly after this

~ 4:31.XX - I chase him for speeding, and tell him not to break road rules again

~ 13:13.XX - He answers to a TOW call - No sirens or flashing lights on.


● Description of incident/Reason for report: I do not think he understands how to play as a MED/RES. Poor driving, breaking road rules, failing to use sirens or flashing lights while answering to a SOS call.
