Description of incident (inc date & time): 26th Februar 2016, 15:05 UK time
5:59, Laur goes wrong way, crashes into me. No sorry.
6:22, Laur goes to the wrong side, comes back, crashes into me. No sorry
6:44, I try to talk to him to explain that he should drive more carefully and apologise when hitting others, no response.
7:05, I try to speak another time to him. Again no response.

Driving careless around is the main thing he does. I tried to talk to him but he just did not listen / see it.
I know he is new, but I really don't see an other way in my power to make him clear of the rules.
