According to the server (And cops including JorgenGTR And Abel) Using the same force cops use on you is aloud. If you watch the replay you quite obviously see I was intentionally pitted in quite Un-tactical ways.

In the face of this grueling discovery I believe this case is closed. Thank you and goodnight

Hello,

Our rules allow a parallel amount of force from suspects against cops in chases, with what cops are allowed to use on suspects.
Although it was a bit rough, it was a tolerable hit.

For more information, I've pasted the corresponding rule below.

3.10. Force (Click to View)

 
You are permitted to use minor force/physical contact to evade arrest, but no more than the force cops are permitted to use on you. See 5.4.
You are permitted to use the force necessary (including moderate rams) to break through a roadblock. Avoid damaging the cops as far as possible. Using unreasonable or excessive force (like running flat out intentionally in the roadblock) is forbidden.
